It was announced, Thursday, that General Prosecutor Tala'at Ibrahim of Egypt appointed a judge to investigate former Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa and Mohamed ElBaradei, the former Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, on suspicion of  inciting the public to overthrow the Egyptian government.
