An updated indictment charging Chairman Avigdor Lieberman of the Yisrael Beyteinu party with fraud and breach of trust will be filed in the Jerusalem Magistrates Court on Sunday.

Lieberman stepped down as foreign minister following the announcement that he would be charged in the appointment of Ze'ev Ben Aryeh as ambassador to Belarus, who gave Lieberman information about police investigations against him. The amended indictment reflects recently-received testimony.
