No infiltrations into Israel were detected in the past week, according to a Thursday report by Israel Defense Forces Radio. The information was presented during a meeting of Public Safety Minister Yitzchak Aharonovitch with senior police officials.
Police explained that the wave of infiltration stopped because of progress on the Sinai border barrier.
