Speaking to Hareidi weekly Family, Former FM Lieberman announced that the Housing and Interior Ministry portfolios will be held by Likud-Beyteinu in the next Knesset, and “Shas will be welcome to the significant Tourism and Infrastructures portfolios”.

Shas responded that this discrimination against Sephardic Jews is a wake-up call for the voters. “Only a strong Shas will protect the interests of Sephardic Jewry in the next government.”
