Yishai Oliel of Ramle won the world tennis championship for boys, ages 12 and under, Sunday, with a 6-3, 6-1 win over Patrick Sydow of Aruba. In the semifinals, Uliel beat Nicolas Mejia of Colombia 6-4, 4-7 (tiebreak), 6-1.
