The cabinet is expected, Sunday, to approve application of its collective bargaining agreement with the Histadrut Ha'ovdim (Workers Federation) to improve conditions for cleaning and security personnel hired on a contractual basis.

Under terms of the agreement, which was signed in recent weeks, cleaning and security workers employed directly by the state receive 4,500 shekels a month and their supervisors receive 4,700 shekels, subject to updates.
