The Knesset voted, early Friday morning, to amend the Second-Broadcasting-Authority Law to allow the franchise holder for debt-ridden Channel 10 Television to keep operating for two years. The amendment also included benefits for the Keshet and Reshet franchise holders for Channel 2 Television.
