It will continue to be windy throughout the country Friday, with gusts ranging from 30kmh/19.5mph to 45kmh/29mph and temperatures falling below normal. Snow will continue falling over Mount Hermon, and scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected from the north to the northern Negev. The risk of flooding and flash flooding continues in low-lying areas and the haze in the southern skies is forecast to settle gradually. Scattered showers are expected on Shabbat, mainly along the Mediterranean coastal plain and in the north, weakening during the day and retreating to the north before ending overnight. Temperatures will rise, mainly in the south, but it will still be cooler than usual. On Sunday it will be partly cloudy and slightly warmer with strong winds. Rain will start at night in the north, getting stronger and spreading to the center by Monday morning. Scattered showers are expected during the day on Monday, mainly in the center of the country and the northern Negev, with flooding possible along the coast and flash flooding possible in the stream beds of the Judean Desert, the Dead Sea area and the Negev. The winds will continue, with haze and sandstorms developing in the southern Negev and temperatures dropping again.
