Six of Israel's highest ranking military commanders will  carry the coffin of Amnon Lipkin-Shahak. His funeral is scheduled for Thursday. Lipkin-Shahak was the Israel Defense Force chief-of-staff from 1995 - 1998. He served in the military for 36 years. He succumbed Wednesday after a long battle with cancer.
