The Shin Bet, IDF and Israel Police have tracked down the terrorist cell responsible for the bombing of a bus in Tel Aviv in late November. The cell, based in the Ramallah area, is affiliated with both Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

The attack wounded 26 Israelis.
