Attorney Dr. Haim Misgav, an expert on criminal law, said on Tuesday that outgoing foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman, should not seek to reach a plea bargain deal with the prosecution.
"I doubt that he even committed an offense, let alone a criminal offense or moral turpitude," Misgav told Arutz Sheva. "There's no reason for him not to ask for a fair trial and that he'll be acquitted."
