Police said, Monday afternoon, that they arrested an Arab in the stabbing of another Arab in the area of Jerusalem's Armon Hanatziv neighborhood. The suspect was arrested at a nearby roadblock. The police said the circumstances of the incident were not clear.
The victim was taken to Sha'arei Tzedek Medical Center in serious condition.
