Partly Cloudy, Isolated Rain before Thursday Storm


It will be partly cloudy, Monday, with a slight rise in temperatures, mainly in the south. There is a chance of isolated showers in the north and the Mediterranean coast, retreating to the north before stopping on Tuesday morning. Slight additional warming is expected, mainly in the mountains. Winds will pick up on Wednesday and continue on Thursday, with haze expected in the south both days. Rain will start falling in the north Wednesday night, with scattered showers and storms expected in the north on Thursday. Isolated showers are forecast for the center of the country and sandstorms are expected in the south. A significant drop in temperatures is expected. The rain will get heavier and snow is expected on Mount Hermon Thursday night.
