Border Police officers stopped a bus Tuesday on Highway 1 after noting that the vehicle did not appear stable. They found that there were 95 passengers on board, while the maximum allowed is 55.

The bus, a public transportation vehicle, was traveling from Bnei Brak to Beitar Illit. The driver was arrested.
