The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced 42-year-old Binyamin Davidi of Tel Aviv, Monday, to 26 years in prison on a plea bargain arising out of the stabbing death of his mother in 2011, after she asked him to leave her house.

Under an agreement with prosecutors, the charge was changed from murder to manslaughter.
