Interior Minster Eli Yishai has emerged as the top name on the Shas party Knesset ballot. Rabbi Rephael Pinchasi, the secretary of the Sephardic-hareidi party's council of Torah sages, told a news conference, Thursday afternoon, that former party chairman Aryeh Der'i was named to the second spot on the list, followed by fellow co-chairman Ariel Attias.
