The Efrat Council expressed the intense hope that plans for the construction of 600 housing units in Gush Etzion and Efrat become a reality and do not fall flat.
In an interview with Arutz Sheva, Efrat Mayor Oded Revivi said that "In the past, all the rumors that were spread were eventually realized. Now we are waiting to sign, to place 1200 new units on the market of which 600 have already been approved a year ago."
