Treasury officials failed to resolve a heated dispute with nurses Monday night.

The Ministry of Finance said "We must remember that the economic situation we are currently in is not simple. You can not disconnect from it and make excessive demands. The Ministry of Finance must take responsibility to care for the health system and economy as a whole...The Ministry of Finance calls on the nurses to return to their regular work schedule while continuing negotiations."
