The Jerusalem District Planning and Construction Committee will discuss plans for the construction of 1,600 apartments in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Ramat Shlomo, a plan which was approved by the Interior Ministry in 2010 during US Vice President Jo Biden's visit to Israel, but has since been frozen.
