Weather: Rain to Start Cooling Things Off Overnight


Variable cloudiness is expected, Monday, with temperatures remaining above average. It will begin raining in the north, overnight, with showers, isolated thunder and strong winds expected in the north and center on Tuesday. Isolated rain is expected in the northern Negev and a risk of flash flooding is forecast for the Jordan Valley and the Judean Desert. Hazy sunshine is expected in the south and temperatures will drop significantly. Below average temperatures are forecast for Wednesday and Thursday. The rain will weaken on Wednesday with a small remaining threat of flash floods in the Judean desert. On Thursday it will be partly cloudy with occasional showers in the north.
