Report: Lindenstrauss Considering Running with Livni

Former state comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss is considering running for Knesset in the third position on the ballot of the Hatenu'ah party of Tzipi Livni, according to a Thursday-evening report by Channel 2 Television. The former opposition leader asked the former judge to join her party during a recent meeting of the two. He said that he asked for a few days in which to decide, adding that he viewed an entrance into politics in a positive light.

Lindenstrauss asked if Ehud Olmert intends to join the list, noting that he might not be able to serve with Olmert, having dealt with corruptions against the former prime minister.
