Russia will vote in favor of granting upgraded status to the Palestinians at the United Nations, the foreign ministry said Wednesday.
"The Russian Federation will vote for this resolution based on our principled position," the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement ahead of the vote in the world body's General Assembly on Thursday
