Britain has not yet decided whether it will vote for or against the PA's bid for upgraded status at the UN this week, Britain's UN ambassador Mark Lyall Grant said Thursday. Grant told reporters that Britain believes that the Palestinians should delay application from Thursday but is still in talks with the Palestinian Authority and would decide "in due time" how to vote.
