The Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) Military and Strategic Affairs Program in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross will present the second International Conference on Challenges of Warfare in Densely Populated Areas. The conference will be held Wednesday February 6th 2013 at the INSS in Tel Aviv.
