New York: Jewish Businessman Given 6 Years for Fraud

The Supreme Court in Manhattan sentenced on Thursday a Jewish businessman, Joseph Greenblatt, to six years in prison and ordered him to pay $23 million in compensation after he admitted to charges of fraud totaling $31 million.

In light of other charges against him, Greenblatt’s punishment could go up to 18 years in prison.
