Highway 60 will close intermittently on Wednesday morning as United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits Ramallah. The highway between the intersection and Beit El will close as well.
Clinton landed in Israel on Tuesday night and has met with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
