A ground operation against Gaza terrorists and their infrastructure has been delayed at least a day, according to a senior political source, cited Tuesday by Channel 10 Television. The source explained, following a meeting of the Forum of 9 security-associated ministers on an Egyptian cease-fire proposal, that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu wants to use diplomatic means before ordering a ground operation.

Other sources say a ground operation could start Tuesday evening.
