Police said, Monday morning, that the explosion of a vehicle in the Ashdod-area community of Gan Yavne apparently had a criminal background and not a terrorist one.

The 30-year-old owner of the vehicle was evacuated with serious wounds to Kaplan Hospital in Rechovot.
