Hamas politburo member Izzat Ar-Rishaq said, Sunday, there were three conditions for a lull in the launching of attacks from Gaza: A stoppage of Israeli fire, a stoppage of targeted eliminations of terrorists and removal of the blockade on Gaza.

Ar-Rishaq said, "We don't want war but we're not in a hurry to go anywhere."
