Military sources were checking, Thursday evening, if missiles struck the city of Tel Aviv after two reported soundings of the Color Red missile-alert system. A correspondent for Agence France Presse reported a missile landing in the sea. Public Safety Minister Yitzchak Aharonovitch confirmed the sighting to Channel 1 government television.
