Interior Minister Eli Yishai, member of Prime Minister Netanyahu's 9 member inner cabinet, said this morning that "Israel will not allow the its citizens to continue to live under threat of missile and rocket attacks and is prepared for all possible scenarios that can affect the plans to neutralize this threat".

A land operation is a distinct possibility, the minister said, adding that the IDF has begun calling up reserve units to make that option possible.
