Yair Lapid’s Yesh Atid party revealed its plan for the “periphery” on Tuesday at a rally in Sderot. The “periphery” – underprivileged areas outside central Israel – “has been forgotten,” Lapid said.

Lapid called for a “change of mindset” regarding rocket attacks on southern Israel. “We needed to change our outlook on both offense and defense a long time ago,” he said.
