Sinai Tribal Leader 'Arif Abu-Achr told the London-based Arabic daily Ash-Sharq Il-Awsat, Tuesday, that there are 1,200 smuggling tunnels being operated between Egypt and Gaza.

Abu-Achr said the tunnels are used by terrorists for attacks and stressed that these terrorists cannot be arrested or brought to justice.
