Sagie Accuses Yachimovich of Damaging his Name

Uri Sagie, who recently took his name off the Labor primary list after being targeted with allegations of sexual harassment, said it was Labor Chairwoman Shelly Yachimovich who told him he should not run in upcoming elections during a meeting last Wednesday but that Yachimovich did not live up to their set upon agreements in regards to his announcement.

"I agreed and she insisted the Party's announcement will indicate a personal health reason, but since then Yechimovich had been damaging my good name in an attempt to gain political capital.  The public has a right to know the truth, more details will be disclosed in the future," Sagie said.
