There is still a risk of flash flooding in southern and eastern wadis, and winds will slow to 30 kilometers/19 miles an hour, half of Sunday's speed. There's a chance of very light rain across the country on Tuesday, withdrawing to the north and center on Wednesday, otherwise partly cloudy with a warming trend between Tuesday and Thursday.
