When Bibi Met Tony: But Will They Negotiate?

Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu, often referred to by the nickname "Bibi", met on Wednesday with Tony Blair, the official Envoy of the Quartet on the Middle East. They discussed possible negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.

Prime Minister Netanyahu stated, "I think the best thing to do is to sit down together, negotiate without preconditions and avoid unilateral actions in the United Nations..."
Blair stated, "now that President Barack Obama has been re-elected, I think this gives us a great opportunity actually to re-energize this process and to try to make sure that we get back around the table and have a negotiation."
