Mitt Romney has not conceded the election to President Barack Obama, and his campaign team insists Ohio still is too close to call, while the popular vote remains neck-and-neck.
The popular vote, as of 7 a.m. Israeli time, shows Romney with a razor-thin lead, having won 47,453,661 votes whereas Obama won 47,282,944 votes.
