Israel published competitive bids, Tuesday, to build 607 housing units in the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood of Jerusalem and 606 dwellings in the capital's Ramot neighborhood, according to Agence France Presse. A tender was re-issued for 72 units in the western Samarian city of Ariel.
