The UN nuclear chief expressed concern over Iran's refusal to cooperate with an investigation into their suspected nuclear weapons program.
Yukio Amano told the UN General Assembly on Monday that although talks between the International Atomic Energy Agency and Iran have intensified this year, "no concrete results have been achieved so far."
