Weather: Warm and Wet in Places


It will continue to be warmer than usual on Monday with variable cloudiness across the country and a chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms in the eastern and souther part of the country, accompanied by a slight risk of flooding. No significant change in temperature is expected Tuesday under partly cloudy skies, with a chance of afternoon and evening rain in the mountains and eastern areas. It will be slightly cooler on Wednesday and Thursday, with rain beginning to fall, Thursday evening, in the north and center of the country.
