The United Nations Human Rights Council called on Friday to investigate the credibility of a video that was distributed by Amnesty International, and which shows rebel groups in Syria executing troops loyal to President Bashar Al-Assad.
"If the video is reliable, it may be a war crime committed by the rebels, and the film will be used for prosecution," it said in a statement.
