A brush fire broke out, Thursday afternoon, in the mountainous area overlooking the western Galilee Arab village of Deir Al-Assad, near the predominantly-Jewish city of Carmiel.

Firefighting aircraft were sent to help two ground-based crews battle the blaze because there are no access roads to the site.
