The pound sterling was set at NIS 6.2576, up .149 percent, while 100 Japanese yen fell .375 percent to 4.8382 shekels. The Canadian dollar slipped .383 percent to parity with its American counterpart, while the Australian dollar was fixed at NIS 4.0205, down .139 percent. The South African Rand edged up .045 percent to .4466 shekels, while the Swedish Krona fell .989 percent to NIS .5809.
