Netanyahu, Hollande to Visit Ohr HaTorah School in Toulouse

French President Francois Hollande and Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will visit the Ozar Hatorah school, in Toulouse, where terrorist Mohamed Merah murdered seven people, including a teacher and three Jewish children.
