The Electric Company is training hareidi-religious women from across the country to work for its customer service helpline. Company spokespeople said the training program was part of an ongoing initiative to integrate sectors normally under-represented in the workforce among its staff.

Training courses for hareidi women were held in the north and south, and one is currently ongoing in the Jerusalem area.
