The Shufersal grocery chain saw record profits in the third quarter of 2012. The chain took in a total of 3,039 billion shekels for a total profit of 95 million shekels, 34% more than in the same quarter last year.

The net profit was estimated at 70 million shekels, compared to 32 million in the third quarter of 2011.
