An estimated 100 protesters stormed the National Congress building in Libya on Tuesday as representatives prepared to vote for a new government. The vote follows months of a political stalemate.
Protesters opposed several of Prime Minister Ali Zidan’s nominees, particularly the Minister of Islamic Affairs, who they claimed is a secularist.
The vote was pushed off to Wednesday morning.
