Teachers in the Hila program for youth who have are at risk of dropping out of school will strike Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The strike will affect the 6,000 young people who learn through the program.

The teachers, who are employed by an agency, are protesting a cut of 10,000 classroom hours. They say the change will hurt both them and the students.
