Criminal leader Charlie Abutbul was arrested Tuesday night. Abutbul has been wanted for questioning for several days.

He is suspected of being in charge of a group which kidnapped and tortured a yeshiva student from Jerusalem after suspecting him of stealing money. Four others have been arrested as well.
