The Ministry of Health has ordered the closure of the Department of Internal Medicine at the Bikur Holim hospital in Jerusalem. The Department will be closed because of an infection that has been spread among the patients hospitalized in it.

Five out of 20 patients hospitalized in the department have been infected with CRE, it was reported Monday. The department of medicine at the Ministry of Health has ordered the hospital to perform actions to prevent the infection from spreading further.
